A type of hair-cut, similar to the mullet, in which someone has 1 inch of hair in the front and 8 inches of hair in the back.
Example 1
Kid 1 : Hey man, you see my new haircut?
Kid 2 : Yeah dude, why'd you get a 1and8. You look ratchet as shit.
Example 2
Kid 1 : Your 1and8 is starting to look like down-syndrome.
Kid 2 : Kill your self. Just 1 in the front and 8 in the back, a fun time for the whole family.
