A selfie picture of your nutsack, including veins and hair. It's meant to be done as a show of your ridiculous narcissism. Like a selfie, it can also be shared through social networking, but primarily private chats like Whatsapp due to the disgusting nature of the picture.
Obnoxious friend: Hey, everyone, look at my balls!!! <sends picture to Whatsapp group>
