Originates from "getting lemon sneaky". To be throwing lemons or to have lemons thrown at you refers to any kind of sexual act.

Dan: "How was last night?"
Jess: "It was so funny, this girl was throwing lemons at everyone!"

When there is no other way to clean something up (without making more of a mess) than to suck it up with your mouth ,like noo-noo.

"crap I spilt coffee on my laptop and its between the keys!"
