Mossing

Slowing down enough to actually be somewhere. Forest bathing, appreciating nature, chilling, taking your time, relaxing, sitting in the park, resting, practicing mindfulness, breathing deeply, taking it all in, connecting with the Earth, the sacred, and the broader web of life

When you say "let's go mossing" your man's response should be "I can't put my finger on how or why but you make so much sense

I don't have plans today, just gonna moss and see what happens
