A nickname given to any chick that is blessed with more than a handfull of what men refer to as boobs, tits, hooters, jugs, baby bottles, jesus handles, bouncing betty's, etc.

I hung out with Chesticles last night and had the privilage of holding on to her jesus handles for dear life.
