Bajsvärk 

When the need to poop gets so bad that it starts hurting. Often and especially prominent when running.

It was a wonderful run, until the bajsvärk struck.

Tjockislunk 

Swedish for fatass-trot. A run-workout where you only go as slow and short as you feel like, there is no requirements what so ever.
If you don't really feel like going for a run, you can just go for a short tjockislunk.

Jag kände mig lite sliten, så jag stack ut på en kort tjockislunk.
(I felt a bit tired, so I went out for a short tjockislunk.)
