The act of and information technology nerd exposing his (albeit small) member to a minor.

Jim: "IBM just announced it had the ability to calculate a petaflop a second with the new technology it developed."

Steve-Dave: "Oh yeah, I heard that weirdo Milton from I.T. has to go door to door in his subdivision and alert his neighbors that he was pedoflopping in his old hood."
