Wheeling 

The act of kissing in a passionate way; most appropriately associated with teenagers and young adults in Canada. While the broader populace regards wheeling to be a sort of courtship (not quite dating) or "situationship", the people of the Ottawa Valley tend to adhere more to this definition.
