To intentionally send pictures that constitute as child pornography to someone (usually famous, someone who doesn't read all their messages) and report them to the police.
The word comes from the name of Minecraft YouTuber Jinbop, who was sent such pictures, but not out of malice. The term later took on a different meaning when the person who sent the pictures came to the Discord server for Tsumino (NSFW) and eventually shared her story.
