Scrumpler

Someone that digs through other peoples trash looking for used stuff. Someone who drives around neighborhoods looking for stuff that other's threw out. Scrumpling/Scrumple.

The Scrumpler drove his 1987 Nissan truck up and down the alley looking for a new chair for his house.
