An insult, calling someone idiotic or naive. Used among British teens.

Plurals: Togger, Toggiest, Toggly, Togs

"Ohhhh you absolutely Tog !"

"I think that Abby is a total Togger"

"He's a bit of a Tog, isn't he?"

"That boy is the Toggiest around!"
