similar to cheesecake surprise.

when a man and a woman are engaging in sex from behind (doggy-style) and the man begins to fake an orgasm. the woman turns around, thinking he has finished when suddenly he blows his load in her face and immediately punches her in the nose, making her bleed, thus producing the effect of cherry cheesecake.

I won't tell you that I had a saprise last night!
