Someone that has worked in a corporation for so long they have the ability to survive in a corporate environment using their acquired skills of manipulation, deception, kissing arse and being an all-round piece of shit. It is said that a cockroach would survive a nuclear holocaust. As such, the corporate roach survives the worst type of corp-shit.
