SBS, stinky butt syndrome, refers to when someone is oblivious to the fact that their butt stinks. May result from not showering, not using soap below the waist, or from refusing to wipe well. Obvious to massage therapists and to lovers, the afflicted person generally either doesnt care or doesnt know about their own SBS.
