Formed by quickly wrapping a tissue around your member right after sex so you can slide off the bed without dripping excess semen all over the place. By the time you reach the edge of the bed and attempt to remove the tissue to clean up, the semen soaked paper has glued itself to your member much like paper mache and it can be extremely difficult to remove all the little bits.
