Boeing B-52 Stratofortress. A play on T. Rex, it generally refers to the dinosaur-like size and age of this USAF bomber. Arguably the most successful combat airplane in history.

Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker. Four engine USAF cargo plane designed for refueling other planes in flight. Based on the 707 airframe. A play on T. Rex, refers to the dinosaur-like age of the aircraft. See also Stratofortress Rex (B-52)
The USAF uses the Stratotanker Rex as a force multiplier. Isn't that bird 60 years old? Sure, but it still works.

The United States Air Force Academy. Generally referring to the act of visitors (*$(#@ tourists) standing on the elevated wall near the chapel and looking down on the cadet area, like people at the zoo looking into the pit where the poor animals are kept.
