Someone who has decided to label themselves in order to obtain special treatment, psychiatric drugs, or join a cult. Also a term used to detach from responsibility and make others responsible for your own problems.

My neighbor is an alcoholic. He’s been sober for three years, doesn’t work, and spends all his disability check on Vegas hookers.

Newcomer Fucker

Generally a male that attends conventions, self help meetings, church, Scientology, AA, etc. and engages new attendees in sexual activity. Typically this person will make use of the new members euphoric sense of being accepted into the group to get into their pants.

Suzie made it to three meetings before newcomer fucker got to her.
