Refers to a woman who is unattractive and ugly. Especially, a fat one.

Mike: Hey, dude, I met that ugly neighbor of yours at the mall the other day. Man, she's horrible with those pimps all over her face and the thick rimmed glasses.

Kevin: Yeah, I know. She's a real dick repellent.
