Hornik 

An Israeli expression meaning a person who lives in a remote place and spends his daily life routine (school, work) in a particular city. For a typical hornik that is the only reason to go to the city and he will never visit it unless he must.

"He will never come to Herzliya. He's a hornik."

month-end 

(a)A term used by the financial district's employees to give an explaination of their work level. (b)a poor term for being busy used to create importance like many terms used in the financial district. (c) A term used to show your contempt for the person or persons you are speaking to as in your mind they are ignorant to what you are doing!
