Named for the lesbian couple Cheryl Cole and Kimberley Walsh (known affectionately as "Chim"), the chimstare is a look one might give to an attractive women. To give a proper chimstare, one must first blatantly check out the woman's chest, and then proceed to stare her in the eyes until she notices.
John: "I'm in love with Jane but she doesn't even know I exist."
Tom: "Go give her a chimstare, she'll see you."
