A person who is known to constantly annoy people on purpose, often by feigning ignorance about things they should and do know in a ploy to make them meticulously explain said thing for no reason.

Anon : "Hey, I'm super hyped about the new Mobile Game!"

Anon : "It is a video game played on a mobile phone."
