Meow meow

A term used to describe a character, usually a man, who has done many awful things—almost always without any redemption in canon—but that the fandom is still unapologetically horny for. The connotation of the term is that the person is cute and adorable, like a kitten, even though its usually referring to a 40 year old man who’s committed several war crimes.

It’s used in similar practice as “c/sinnamon roll,” “smol bean,” or “he’s baby,” but somewhat more ironically. Often, the character in question experienced some amount of trauma in their past, for which fans are sympathetic, and that makes them more endearing and easier to forgive.
