so the defition should be:
Material (text, images, video, etc.) created with the primary (or /4secondary/) intent (or perception using the /3miller test/) to sexually arouse the audience. excluding /1artistic/ /2educational works/
miller test: Would the /5average person/, applying contemporary community standards, see the work as appealing to prurient (sexual) interest?
Does it depict sexual conduct in a patently offensive way?
Does it lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value?
artistic works: are works that are original and can be drawed painted or sculpted or other
educational works: things clearly meant for teaching such as the problems with watching to much porn
secondary: if the work is a comdey peice and it has secondary theme is porn then it has porn bits but isn't entirely porn
average person: the majority of people would think example (60% of people think it is not porn but 40% of think it is then it is not porn)
