In Columbus, Ohio, if you don't have a lighter and wish to light your cigarette using someone else's, you would ask "Can I fuck your puppy? ", and they would hand you their cigarette.
I have no idea as to the very odd term's origins. It is usually asked of friends, not strangers.

Damn, my lighter died. Can I fuck your puppy?
