Cancus 

If someone calls you a "Penis" instead of a "Dick", Calling someone a "Cancus" would be instead of a "Cunt". So it is pretty much a more polite way to call someone a cunt, equivalent to calling someone a "Penis".

"Hi Martin, how was your day today?"

"It was fine Devin! Except for this one guy who tried to snoodle with me..."
"Ya... What a Cancus"
