A dangerous "diet" where you dip a cotton ball into juice or sauce and then eat it, causing it to expand in your stomach, therefore making you feel full without all the calories.

Person 1: Why's she in the hospital?
Person 2: She tried the cotton ball diet and has to get them removed, they don't digest properly
Person 1: Damn.
