Some of it is necessary, other times it is the result of your idiot Geography teacher spending 3/4 of class time explaining things irrelevant to your yearly mark, class work or anything. As for Math, it's just annoying sheets of paper that is made to help you revise what you learnt in class. I reckon the notes in the book are enough.

Homework causes stress, boredom and loss of time to do more important things or fun things. It's just an extension of school.
