An "Atticus" is a very large,nasty, grotesque pimple (Known medically as a papule, pustule, or comedo and known more commonly as zits, whiteheads, and blackheads)

What seperates a regular pimple from an "Atticus" is the deepness, nastiness, and inability to pop/drain without a clothes pin

"OMG, Look at that horrendous!, atrocious! Atticus on that guys face!. Better not go near him."
