1) Someone who promotes events but doesn't know how to spell.

2) Someone who shits their pants often.

From what im reading he is king in the area at shitting his pants and booking shows; other local promotars wish they do 10% of the shifting themselves that he does.

To warm up marijuana and eat it without anythign else.

I don't have a pipe so i'll just bake it and take it.

foiler

A pipe made from aluminum foil bowl for smoking of tobacco or marijuana.

I couldn't find a new pipe, so i just made a foiler myself.
