n. regarding pooping, a payload so large that a portion of it extends above the surface of the toilet water. similar in concept to hidden rocks in a ocean bay which, at low tide, protrude for all to see. see also break water.

"man, don't go in there for a while."
"dropped a mean one, huh?"
"yeah. low tide, dude."
