Deep V-Neck Syndrome; commonly used to describe a male with an obsession with deep v-neck shirts.

Girl 1: Look at that douchebag and his deep v-neck shirt.
Girl 2: Don't be mean; you know he has DVS!
Girl 1: Whatever, he still looks gay.
