When a person is given a wedgie then they pee themselves from embarrassment or they already had a full bladder.
Once I got dared to get a wedgie piss. I had to drink a gallon of water then was hanged in the closet for hours. When I finally couldn't hold it anymore I drenched my pants in piss.
