AKA a BBW, this is a female with a buffalo body and gorilla face - "Bufarilla." Extreme cases are categorized as "Fugly Bufarillas." Extreme caution should be used when consuming large quantities of alcohol near these, as victims have been known to gnaw off their arms to escape from their lairs.

"Didya see that fugly bufarilla?!" She was at least Six-Pack Ugly!
