Ignit is a shortened version if ignited. Often it is used in a self reflective and unformal speak, or when abbreviations are often common. For example during video games, or tense situations.

The League of Legends player just ignit me.

They just got ignit by that explosion.

I ignit the stove.

Running Wrangler

Another definition for diarrhea.

Origin comes from the joke, "Diarrhea runs in your jeans." And Wranglers are a type of Jeans.

I've got a case of the Running Wrangler. Maybe it was that gas station sushi.
