noob drone: "Who the f*k is Winston?? I need my phone to work!"

wally-drone: "He's the phone guy! Just do your best. I think he'll be back next week."

Turn Off And Back On Again - 'super secret' (i.e. well known) technique that solves more than half of all computer problems. Can also be used in a kind of past-tense: 'I rebooted/restarted/power-cycled... and it fixed it.'
