A Pipmobile is a vehicle obtained through the British “Motability” scheme. A portmanteau of “PIP” (Personal Independence Payments) and “mobile”.

When a man tries to use his perceived male superiority (physical, intellect, experience, seniority at work etc), this phrase can be offered in response by a female. Can be useful in dealing with attempts at mansplaining.

Derived from the phrase “wind your neck in”.

When an employee decides to “quiet quit” their job in a lower paid role such as a fast-food restaurant. See also “mcminimum wage”. Recent reports suggest they can be awful places to work in.

“How’s your job going in Maccy D’s, Jaydon?”
