French Offical Ruling

And immediate and out of left field ruling by French judges in a competition to ensure that the French competitors win. These do not have to have appeared in any of the official rules to begin with, it's simply that the French judges need to find a reason to disqualify the winner who is not French.
In the international stuntman competition, the French Offical Ruling was that the Americans were disqualified for using stuntman dressed up as Nazis to take Falls instance and therefore the French decided to disqualify them because they used Nazis.
