Basically what I got from everyone else's description is:

Germans are strong, angry, Nazis with large penises that used to beat up France as a hobby.

Don't go near that angry guy in the Nazi uniform, he will strike you down with his large genetalia. He is German.

Kanyate Chop

A "kanyate chop" is an assault on someone when they won't get out of your face when you're in an airport or other public place. You must then take their camera and destroy it because you're an angry, criminal brained, hatemonger and you can't control yourself.
