(Verb) To violently masturbate to furry porn. Usually done by quiet emo kids with dyed hair. If they cut or have an anime/weaboo backpack then you practically have confirmation that they crank the dog.

Person 1: "Hey man do you wanna come over later?"

Person 2: "Sorry but Friday nights are for cranking the dog."

Person 1: "You crank the dog too? We can do it together!"
