Adjective. A car that is not clean, and has high mileage

Me: Why do you park in the grass instead of the driveway like everyone else?

Friend: Because the show cars have to stay “less pooted”.

Example 2
Me: Did you check out the car you told me about?

Friend: Yeah, it was pooted so I didn’t buy it.
