The Kavanaugh Standard

This refers to the fact that most U.S. citizens who vote for judges do not do research the candidates and instead choose based on superficial criteria. E.g. can they boof?

How did you pick judges when you voted yesterday?
I kinda just picked names that didnt sound like a lady or a foreigner.
