Scalper

Someone who buys things, such as computer graphics card, at the usual prices and then sells them, when they are difficult to get, at 100 times the regular price/MSRP.

Adam: I was trying to get a RTX 3070 for $399, It was out of stock and I looked on Ebay, and guess what? There's scalpers all around selling the 3070's for an INSANE price!
