zebra jailbreak

A zebra in this case, is an NFL referee or referees who have thrown yellow flags excessively during a football game. So, a zebra jailbreak involves questionable calls occurring frequently during a game, slowing the game itself to a crawl, and the phrase is used by a fan to describe his fury with the referees.

I can't believe it! That's the third holding call in a row! It's a zebra jailbreak!
