Having been, or to be used and abused. Out of control, or unable to comprehend the severity of the situation. A person who commits unreal actions.

A person who is wack, weak, or just can't keep up with the scene. Referring to the vaginal area, but to be used directed only towards men. This phrase is best used with "below the belt"
