Sandals that are worn by middle aged Dads. The type of Dad's that are more concerned about the absolute comfort of what is on their feet over the appearance of the shoe or sandal.

Pepper ass is that uncomfortable itchy feeling you get when you don't do a very good job of wiping your rear end. And you usually don't realize it till after you've completed the process in your down the road walking around a bit. It is basically a very itchy butt.
