An alternate expression for a fuck boy. Tom (meaning a dickhead), and Cox (meaning cocky and self-absorbed) A tom cox is generally up his own arse and wants to fuck anything that moves - even cars (e.g. mercedes) In most cases, a tom cox would listen to drill music but is too pussy to actually fight.
