The unexplainable twitch , muscle twinge felt in ones gooch when watching or seeing an act or accident that looks painful.

Man , did you see his leg snap , just had a nasty gooch twitch !

I can't watch those fail videos , every time I see someone smoke their head on the ground my gooch twitches.
