A person who has a totally perfect criminal mindset , and has enough tasteful moral dignity not to harm other people directly , but instead only uses their criminal side to act as "Robin Hood" and tax corporate America and the rich ( "the 1 percenters" ) so the can help clothe ,feed, and bless the poor community !!
