noun: person who makes an attempt to provide factual information that is clearly untrue.

A man walks into Southstreet and says "Erich" you are an assclown as he leaves.While calling Erich an assclown the man simulates a gesture utilized by clowns to simulate creating a horn noise while squeaking his nose.
