Trashy

A person whom has un-naturally colored hair, usually neon/bright.
(Or, in turn, one who dresses rather dark)
This term is usually considered a way to look down upon/trash on said people.

A: I heard Jane's mom kicked her out when she dyed her hair, she called her a "Trashy slut."

B: I literally do not care.
